INSTRUCTIONS:
When and how can I register for parent-teacher conferences?
Parent/teacher conference registration are open now.
Parents/guardians must log in with their own credentials. Please check to be sure you are not logged in as your child. Your username is your email address provided to your child’s school at the time of registration. If you forgot your password, use the reset link provided on the login page.
- Log in to HCPSS Connect Synergy using parent/guardian credentials.
- Select Conference from the left navigation pane, and click the Parent Scheduled Conferences link in the top right corner.
- Click on the Schedule icon for a Teacher.
- Select a time option. Click Yes to confirm and Done to return to the list of classes.
- To select a different time option, click on the Schedule icon for that teacher. Click a new time and click Yes to delete the old time and save the new time.
- To remove a conference selection, click on the Schedule icon for that teacher. Click on the currently scheduled time and click Yes to delete the time.
- Repeat for each class listed.
- If you have more than one child, select the next child in the top left corner.
- Click the Send Schedule button to receive an email with your schedule.
