The purpose of the Wilde Lake Middle School (WLMS) website is to communicate our mission statement, provide visitors with access to important school information and share the many wonderful learning opportunities that are taking place here each and everyday. In addition, we encourage members of our school community to use our website as a way to access the WLMS staff through the links provided to individual websites and email addresses.
At WLMS, students, staff and parents work together to provide a safe, nurturing environment in which students can achieve academic excellence. The entire staff at WLMS works hard everyday to empower all students by providing challenging and rigorous academic classes, as well as a variety of related arts courses, such as Art, Family and Consumer Science (FACS), Health Education, Music, Physical Education and Technology Education.
The core content classes that each student takes are English/Language Arts, mathematics, science and social studies. All students follow a a daily 7-period schedule and each period is 50-minutes in length with an additional 30-minute lunchtime/recess period daily.
Together, The Wilde Lake Middle School community - students, staff, parents, and partners - are working to ensure the success of all students!
