While in middle school, students will participate in a variety of service-learning projects to fulfill the requirement of at least 25 hours of service-learning projects each year.
The Howard County Association of Student Councils (HCASC) is an organization that unites Howard County Middle and High School Students. We meet on the second Wednesday of every month where we: Develop leadership skills. Network with student leaders from across the county. Learn how to work with adult leaders. Find out about opportunities to serve on school system committees and county board. Have a lot of fun!
HCPSS promotes the mental health and wellness of each of our students to develop their unique strengths, abilities, and characteristics towards success and well-being.
